Amazing stay! Everything is functional, no complaints at all, Good space, good location. Ideal for a quiet time. Anything you may need is just a short walk away. The flat quality is really good, ambient lighting, good wifi, well equipped kitchen. 10/10 would recommend

In simple words- this place is neat & clean, equipped with everything that one needs in terms of kitchen and daily appliances. The auto checkin was the highlight because I arrived at 10.30pm and it wouldn't be as smooth without it. Quiet neighbourhood, green & serene surroundings. Recommended.

It is a very nice property.The interior of the villa is beautifully designed giving a cosy feel. The entire villa is a luxurious comfortable stay. Guests looking for a quiet and luxurious stay to relax and chill, should definitely look forward to this place. I truly appreciate Shane and Marlon for all there help and hospitality. Wow. What an absolutely wonderful stay at Shane’s cosy studio in Benaulim! This is, by far, one of the best experiences I’ve had through Airbnb so far.
The studio itself is beautiful, as it’s always filled with the sunshine that streams through the large balcony doors.
I started every morning with a cup of coffee at the kitchen island or on the balcony, accompanied by birds, greenery, coconut trees, and sunshine — and it was heavenly.
The space is very tastefully designed; Shane has a great eye for interiors. He also loves to share the stories behind each of each of his design choices, so do invite him over for breakfast or coffee to learn more. An incredibly courteous and kind host, he’ll do everything to make your stay comfortable.
The location is fab too, with a great yoga studio, German bakery, and yum food spots at Maria Hall all within walking distance. I loved walking down to the village centre to pick up fresh fish every morning. :)
If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, work (the WiFi is awesome), read, and smile in Goa — this is it. This is the place. Can’t wait to return!
